Midwest winter festivals

Midwest winter festivals are going on in 8 states in a new articale i read in the news paper. the lucky 8 staets are  Illinois Indiana Iowa Michigan Minnesota Missouri Ohio and Wsconsin so any one of us can got to the festival if you want to and if your friend is in one of these states and loves partys this would be a good one for them
